GOD’S EDITORIALS

As I lie in rapt attention  wondering what has just occurred I heard GOD speak to me,  "YOU WERE NAMED 'TERI' AT BIRTH, BUT THIS DAY I HAVE BREATHED ON YOU AND CHANGED YOUR NAME TO 'TERAH' BECAUSE I HAVE MADE A COVENANT WITH YOU"  The desperation of unfilled expectations  led me to my 1st Renewal service The words were presented clearly from the pulpit GOD wanted to circumcise my heart to fully  enable me to love Him with my whole heart, mind and soul I wanted that!  I wanted  the scalpel to remove  the layers of hurt and rejection The feelings of inadequacy,  the high walls of stone I erected to protect myself  What would be the cost, though? Would I look foolish if I went up front for prayer? Would I actually take the 1st step and move out into the aisle? Would GOD come and meet me there? Would I fall backwards, forwards or remain standing? What would His Power feel like? Would it hurt? How long would it all take?  A thousand questions ran through my mind as the tears streamed down my face YES, I was desperate enough!!!  As they called people forward, I hesitated waiting for others to show the courage I didn't have As the line of people grew, I stepped out resolutely believing that anything would be better  than my present state of desperation  The man  standing before me softly said, "Drink, Drink" I took two deep breaths and only remember lying motionless on the floor partially alert and seeing myself  as a young child seated upon Jesus' lap It didn't take long for me to ask Jesus the question which had hounded me for so many years, "Why was I born?" He smiled and gently replied, "I WANTED YOU!"  How simple Three short words lifted a lifetime of guilt and replaced it with purpose He continued, "I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU  OR REJECT YOU!"  This Man  upon whose lap I sat was promising Companionship, acceptance, approval and value I ACCEPT! I RECEIVE IT ALL!  I felt  COMPLETE WHOLE Loved without reason Accepted without performance Valued without proof!  "TERAH,  I HAVE MADE A COVENANT  WITH YOU THIS DAY"  It was a Covenant of Love,  acceptance, value approval, Life and much more . . .  ~ It's early morning I rise and prepare for my morning walk with Jesus It's not just a time of fellowship but Jesus says that I'm "ON ASSIGNMENT" The Assignment has been the same for these many months Walk around the church property and worship When I began, I had little knowledge of the purpose All I knew was that He said, "JUST DO IT!"  It had something to do with Joshua at Jericho but I wasn't fully aware of His whole Plan I've learned, in my brief experience of hearing His Voice that I never wait for understanding  before I step out in obedience Too much time is wasted and my faith won't have a chance to mature  The months passed and finally  one day GOD declared that the Assignment was over The land had been claimed! The walls would come down!  Once completed,  GOD confirmed the results with a Vision Jesus was seated on the Throne He held out to me a small piece of land in the shape of the land I had been walking around I took it carefully from His Hands  and placed it beneath His Feet He reminded me of the verse in Matthew 4  where Satan tempted Him with the kingdoms of the world if he would just bow down before him GOD spoke firmly to me,  "I'M CALLING YOU TO CLAIM THE LANDS CLAIM THE KINGDOMS AND PLACE THEM ONCE MORE BENEATH MY FEET UNDER MY AUTHORITY --- UNDER MY REIGN I HAVE MADE A COVENANT WITH YOU  AND NAMED YOU 'TERAH' MEANING 'LAND,'  BEFORE YOU WERE BORN TO CLAIM BACK THE LAND  FOR MY KINGDOM"  He shows me my next Assignment I already know the place He had me walking it for a month now The area is expanding The Vision is growing The Promise of my Covenant name being revealed  more clearly every day  ~ ~ The palm tree gently sways as my eyes begin to focus  on the Vision I glance about  and wonder where I am I'm standing beneath a tree  next to a quaint white church  Walking to the front  of the building I notice  that the people arriving  are all barefoot As I step inside I realize their attire is quite appropriate for the dirt laden floor The congregation is  of oriental descent and I realize  that I cannot understand  any of their words  Without hesitation I step toward  the front of the church and begin to speak in tongues Just as suddenly as I began I cease and the people begin to approach me I lay hands on each one  and Anoint them  When the last one is touched I walk down the aisle and shake hands with the Pastor a small, older man with the smile of  GOD'S JOY on His countenance  I return  to beneath the palm tree  where I first arrived placing my hand on the ground I claim the land  for the Kingdom of GOD and declare  COMPLETE RESTORATION  for the land and for the people  I break off all curses  that held this land and people captive "JESUS REIGNS FOREVERMORE OVER THIS LAND  AND THESE PEOPLE!!!" is loudly proclaimed!  As I disappear I hear "NEXT DESTINATION - SINGAPORE"  A dream, perhaps A Vision ~ MOST DEFINITELY! Reality ~~~ Wait and See...  Elijah had no boundaries  in time and space Weeks before this Vision GOD had Anointed me with the  "ELIJAH ANOINTING" "YOU WILL TOUCH  ALL PEOPLES, ALL NATIONS! YOU WILL CLAIM THE LANDS AND KINGDOMS AND  BRING RESTORATION!"  I was intrigued! As always, I understood very little  of what GOD was alluding to but I was willing to do ALL  things for Him!
