REBELS ALIGNED

Have you been taught well?
Who is your teacher?
Do you follow the norm or seek out the Rebel?
Who highlights your day and challenges you to move
toward Righteousness, to seek the will of the Father
and to follow the Master with all your heart, soul and mind?

When the wind blows,
do you cater to its power?
When you stand upright
do people know your heart
and the One you obey?
When you lean over to speak to a child,
do you do so with respect and humility?

A group will be formed in the coming days
They will fight for land and for freedom
They will stand when the evil attacks
and they will call out for Truth, Honor, Integrity

This group will not be the scholars
or the ones taught by man
They will not be the ones who seek followers
They will be the ones bent over in submission
to the Father
They will be hearty souls, a new breed
An excellent passion

They will be all that the Father dreamed they could be
They will purely and completely be sons and daughters
of Righteousness heralding a new day, a pure peace,
a magnificent display of the Father's Power to save
this last generation

The churches will close
The Bible Study groups will fade out
The ministries here and there will be dispersed
The crowds who once went to church
will be where they belong, amongst their kind
and then they will see the Rebels
in the distance coming close
and they will run and hide

Why?

Wait and see . . . OR catch a glimpse of their mission . . .

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me,
Because the LORD has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD,
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”
Isaiah 61
