“All communication will be lost, at times.  Blackouts will continue and increase.  Why?  Man scurries to communicate - to link - to bond, but also to control, to feel secure, to rise above.  There is a Higher Power and from time to time, this will be demonstrated to cut you off from those of your rank, to cause you to look to the Heavens . . . to seek that which you need desperately and completely.  You may think you’re in control, but the Truth is still to be revealed that I am in complete control.
