WARRIOR KING

I lie before my GOD, my King,
waiting for Him to speak
to show me
MORE of HIS AWESOMENESS
There's always
MORE
I will wait...

He doesn't disappoint me
My spiritual eyes open
to see Jesus standing in my midst
holding out to me a White box
tied with a Purple ribbon
I open it slowly
not fully aware of His total DELIGHT
in my coming
I remove a long White robe
with a Gold sash belt
It's like the Priestly robe I'm wearing
but the Priestly robe has a Red roped belt
It represents our hearts
that will forever be entwined
because of His Blood
which paid the price for my Redemption
and our friendship

As I gaze down at my new attire
I wonder what significance it holds
Jesus answers my thoughts,

"THIS IS YOUR ROBE OF KINGLY RULE
OF A WARRIOR KING!
THE GOLD SASH
REPRESENTS THE AUTHORITY
I HAVE GIVEN YOU IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH
YOU WILL REIGN WITH ME
IN THE HEAVENLIES"

A Scepter is placed in my left hand
As Jesus Anoints my Scepter with His
mine becomes an inflamed Torch
A Crown is placed upon my head
with the word "VICTORY"
inscribed into the Gold
I ask,
"Will I ever have to return the robe to You?"

"ONLY IF YOU TURN AWAY FROM ME,"
He says softly, almost sadly

In boldness, I answer,
"I ask You, this day, that if I ever turn from You
that You will do
whatever it takes to bring me back!"

He replies,
"THAT IS A COVENANT
YOU HAVE THE ANOINTING FOR LIFE!"

Weeks pass
and I often recall the Vision
and wonder
what will be done with the Anointing

As I lie before Him again
The Vision returns
But this time I'm in the center of a large room
All my Kingly attire is complete
except for the Gold sash belt
which has become a sash
worn across my shoulder to my waist
and the words,
"JESUS REIGNS"
is written in bold black letters across it

Jesus stands before me and hands me three belts
to wrap about my waist
They are different colors; Blue, Red and Green
They represent Dominion and Authority
over demons, principalities and kingdoms

I loudly proclaim
the Lordship of Jesus Christ in the room!
As I speak,
I see demons rise up
from throughout the room and flee!

I claim
all the bondage and curses
to be broken in Jesus' Name!
I see huge chains break off and fall to the floor!

The Victory is sealed with a
TRIUMPHANT VICTORY WAR CRY
joined by the angels and saints in Heaven!

The sash across my robe breaks off
and becomes a large banner
above the room declaring,
JESUS REIGNS FOREVERMORE!!!

Jesus, too long,
have we allowed the enemy to possess the territory
You died to claim back!
Equip us
to REIGN in the Heavenlies with You!
Equip us
to claim back ALL that the enemy has stolen!
We will not waste Your death!
We will RISE UP
in Your
RESURRECTED POWER
and CONQUER!
Teach us
how to use the Authority
You have given us!
Don't let us
shrink back from the enemy
because we feel inadequate
or unworthy to REIGN with You!
You have considered us
Worthy and Mighty in Your Name!
Touch my Scepter once more and inflame,
not only the Scepter,
but my heart to have the same Passion
You have to win back
Your rightful territories!!!
