THESE ARE A FAITHFUL PEOPLE

GOD calls me
to visit a church miles away from home
I begin to question Him,
but I remember how He Loves obedience
without questions
I don't know what to expect
I only know if there's worship
I want to be there!

As I arrive,
the people are already passionately singing Praises
GOD'S PRESENCE
is in their midst!
There's a definite sense of His Anointing
in this place!
I join in worship
Ready to enjoy GOD
As I'm singing, GOD continues to whisper to me,
"THESE ARE A FAITHFUL PEOPLE!"

I glance around the room and see the lifted hands
sense the surrendered hearts
view people kneeling in worship
I agree, GOD!
He continues,

"THEY BRING ME MUCH HONOR!
I WILL POUR OUT MY BLESSING ON THEM!
I WILL BRING GREAT REVIVAL TO THEIR CHURCH!
TELL THEM WHAT I HAVE SAID"

I had never given a prophecy to a church before
I asked for Confirmation...
Within seconds I was lying on the floor
DEEP IN HIS PRESENCE
He was anxious to comply
with my request through His Eyes
Visions

The 1st Vision
was a scene of the people of the church
working and hoeing a field
They carefully and faithfully
planted the seeds in the ground
As they worked,
a torrent of rain began to fall from the sky
They lifted their hands to Heaven in Praise
The seeds began to sprout and grow before their eyes
And soon the grass was higher than the people

YES, they are a faithful people
Faithful "seed planters"
and faithful in their Praise
to the ONE who brings the Harvest!

Next, I was taken into the Throne Room of GOD
Each of the people were bringing an offering
before the Throne of GOD
GOD spoke,

"I ACCEPT ALL YOUR OFFERINGS
I HAVE HEARD ALL YOUR PLEAS, YOUR CRIES
I WILL ANSWER YOU!"

YES,
they are a faithful people
who boldly go before the Throne
Knowing that their requests will be heard
and their prayers answered
because all the desires which have been
so deeply planted within them
have come from
the Heart of the Father!

I stood and spoke the Words
I could feel the DELIGHT of the Lord
as these people received the Words
which brought Confirmation to their spirits
and Hope to their hearts

As I was leaving,
GOD instructed me to leave a "seed offering"
a mere five dollars
They weren't collecting offerings,
but they said they would put it in the offering
the next morning
GOD, indeed, works in
MYSTERIOUS WAYS
but that's what makes the Kingdom
so adventurous!
The "seed" begins to grow......

GOD, thank You for the privilege
to sit among Your special, faithful people!
I felt Your DELIGHT in them!
I sensed Your
PRESENCE
in their midst!
You are SO PLEASED with their open hearts,
their desires for Your Kingdom Rule
in their church and in their city
and their faithfulness in petitioning You for
the hearts of those who do not know You yet!
Bless them, GOD!!
Let their faithfulness
be a "Standard of Excellence"
for other churches!
Let them continually see how OVERJOYED
You are to answer and reward
their faithfulness!
Please help me to be as faithful as they are!
I know I'm just visiting on Saturday nights
but they make me feel, as though,
I have always belonged among them!
These are the people that You will bring the Harvest to
Ones who welcome strangers
with Your Love and Hospitality!

IS IT SATURDAY NIGHT, YET, GOD?
