A GOD WHO IS FAITHFUL

“The “woods” will hide the people
Surely, all about will hinder the release
of the holocaust against the souls
Surely, we will survive
for we have been protected thus far . . .

And yet,

Who will feed you,
if you have not eaten from the “Rock”?
Who will protect you,
if you have not found safety in the “Rock”?
Who will love you,
if you have not yet encountered
God’s outstretched Arms?

Who will hide you when the hunters come?
Will you be “visited”
by the black knights of the evil one
and if so, how will you know
that your God will be faithful to harbor you
under His Care?

Do you know Him?
What assurance do you have?

Harbor the people and bring them to safety
“My whole life I presumed to teach others the right way to live.
I had no doubt this is God’s way - this isn’t. You forgive me if recent events have shaken my resolve.” *

“I should have protected them,”

YOU WILL SAY
BUT THE TRUTH IS YOU WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO
YOU HAVE NOT THE SKILLS NOR THE AUTHORITY
BECAUSE YOU WOULD NOT COME
WHEN I CALLED, TO BE MADE PURE AND CLEAN
TO ENABLE YOU TO RISE UP
IN FULL GODLY AUTHORITY TO REIGN AND CONQUER
IN MY NAME.

Don’t you know that, “Every day of FREEDOM
is like an act of faith?”
Surely you have seen the horror
of holocausts past
You have heard of the destruction
and read of the terror
but have you known why the God of the Heavens
allowed such suffering?
Do you know why His Hand was held steady
and not outstretched?
Do you know why the people were not delivered . . .
only a remnant survived?

Where do the sorrows meet the river’s edge?
Where do the marks upon the skin reveal
the full history of the crimes?
How do you count the days when the sun beats hot
and the grief never abates?

“They came without warning.”*

And they surely did
for who would ever imagine
the atrocities committed by those
who said that they were there to make a better world?
Will this happen again?

Could it still occur even after history
has been taught and programmed
into young minds?
But have we learned the lesson?
Have we studied the “disease” and found a cure?
Have we become men and women
who do not cry out, “blood for blood”
but seek a solution of the heart,
where man does not kill
to gain territory and prominence?

No, people, we still have much to learn,
and as you read this prayer, you will know,
in essence, why a people who cried out to God
for deliverance were not given safe passage

“Blessed be God. We commit our friends to Your Care.
We have no more prayers - no more tears
We have run out of blood
Choose another people
We have paid for each of Your Commandments
We have covered them with stone and field with ashes
Sanctify another man
Choose another people
Teach them the deeds and the prophecies
Grant us not one more blessing
Take back the gift of our holiness. Amen.”*

EXODUS 20

Perhaps, we can learn
from this passage of text how God
desires for us to react when the terror is at our gate
He expects us to act in faithfulness

By what Authority can we send the evil away
without harming even one?
Study to learn

MALACHI 3

But I tell you the Truth, Our God is a Faithful and Loving God
and He will surely deliver His own -- those who love Him
He will surely provide for those who trust in Him
He will direct and guide those who obey His Commands
He will instruct with Wisdom those who choose to abide
He is faithful, forever faithful to His people

1200 people survived the Holocaust
by living and communing in the woods
1200 people who have now become thousands

12 represents Covenant and unto this day,
Will you make a Covenant with God
to declare His Faithfulness, though those about you
crumble and complain?

Will you abide in the trust of the Almighty
and sing His Praise when those about you fail to trust?

Will you bring the Mighty Ark of the Covenant,
God’s Presence into the midst of the people
and Dance unto the King, because you have tasted
of His Faithfulness, the Faithfulness of the Cross
to take away your sin and grant you Life once more?

Will you be faithful, utterly faithful
to the God of Faithfulness?

Will you abide in His Strong Arms
and bring to your bosom the lost, the hungry,
the broken, the downcast?

Will you be faithful to serve God with the same Passion
He laid down His life for you?

Will you prove God’s Faithfulness
by your faithfulness?

“‘Behold, I send My messenger,

And he will prepare the way before Me.

And the Lord, whom you seek,

Will suddenly come to His temple,

Even the Messenger of the covenant,

In whom you delight.

Behold, He is coming,’

Says the LORD of hosts.

‘ But who can endure the day of His coming?

And who can stand when He appears?

For He is like a refiner’s fire

And like launderers’ soap.

He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver;

He will purify the sons of Levi,

And purge them as gold and silver,

That they may offer to the LORD

An offering in righteousness.

‘ Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem

Will be pleasant to the LORD,

As in the days of old,

As in former years.

And I will come near you for judgment;

I will be a swift witness

Against sorcerers,

Against adulterers,

Against perjurers,

Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans,

And against those who turn away an alien—

Because they do not fear Me,’

Says the LORD of hosts.

‘ For I am the LORD, I do not change;

Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.

Yet from the days of your fathers

You have gone away from My
ordinances

And have not kept them.

Return to Me, and I will return to you,’

      Says the LORD of hosts.
     ‘ But you said,
  ‘ In what way shall
we return?’

‘ Will a man rob God?

Yet you have robbed Me!

But you say,

‘ In what way have we robbed You?’

In tithes and offerings.

You are cursed with a curse,

For you have robbed Me,

Even this whole nation.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,

That there may be food in My house,

And try Me now in this,’

Says the LORD of hosts,

‘ If I will not open for you the windows
of heaven

And pour out for you such blessing

That there will not be room enough to receive it.

‘ And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes,

So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground,

Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,”

Says the LORD of hosts;

And all nations will call you blessed,

For you will be a delightful land,”

Says the LORD of hosts. ‘ Your words have been harsh against Me,’

Says the LORD,

‘ Yet you say,

‘ What have we spoken against You?’

You have said,

‘ It is useless to serve God;

What profit is it that we have kept His ordinance,

And that we have walked as mourners

Before the LORD of hosts?

So now we call the proud blessed,

For those who do wickedness are raised up;

They even tempt God and go free.’

Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another,

And the LORD listened and heard them;

So a book of remembrance was written before Him

For those who fear the LORD

And who meditate on His name.

‘ They shall be Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts,

‘ On the day that I make them My jewels.

And I will spare them

As a man spares his own son who serves him.’

Then you shall again discern

Between the righteous and the wicked,

Between one who serves God

And one who does not serve Him.”
