HEARTBEAT

I CAME IN LOVE

I came in love
I taught the Truth
I rebuked the demons and cancelled the curses
I called for healing and wholeness
I gave ALL that I have
ALL
that I am

But you see
It's not truly
what the world
and the church cries out for

They no longer
call out for
Righteousness and Truth

They no longer
hunger
truly hunger for the Lord of their lives

They hunger
they seek knowledge
BUT
for what gain?

I spoke to the Lord
after I was sent out again
and He said
that I must remove
my touch from this world

It does not
truly want it
I am offering something
other than
what they seek

Please forgive me
for intruding, world, church

I will now leave you
alone
unto
your hearts' desires
