Please pray with me:

Lord God, I lift up this nation
The United States of America
and I place it fully into Your Hands
for Your Will to be accomplished

I ask You, this day
to bring Your cleansing Blood
upon the land
and through the people
so that we, as a nation may hear Your Voice
and be given hearts to obey Your Word

I ask You to forgive us for our rebellion
the breaking of our contract with You
to forgive us of every sin that we commit
against Your Law and Your Love

I ask You to bring about repentance
upon this nation in such severe form
that every person will be aware of their sins
and Your desire for us to come into
a Love relationship / contract with You

I ask You to guide our leaders - the Righteous ones
to their knees in prayer for this nation
I ask You to cause them to stand in the gap
and to lay their lives down as a sacrifice
to bring freedom and Life
once more to this land

I ask You, Lord God, to reveal the full evil
hatred, demons, selfishness, desire for death
of the innocent
within the ungodly leaders in such extreme measures
that even those, and especially those
who support them
will be convinced of their source
and scarred from their actions
so that they will beg for discernment
and actively decree that they will never
be on the wrong side again

We ask You, Lord God, as a nation
to make us worthy of the sacrifices that birthed
this nation in freedom
May we once more cherish life
all life created by God
and may we rise up
and be Your people who protect life
especially those who have no voice

We put our land and all its people
into Your Hands, Lord God
and we ask that You will bring about
ravaging hunger for Truth and for You
May we lay our "idols" down
forsake our greed and our lust
and ask You to be our
ALL in ALL
Bind us to your Heart
so that we may be Your people, Your nation
Your prized possession

May we now honor You
with our lives laid down
to speak Your Truth
and to bring Freedom and Life
once more
to the United States of America

Daily we pray
for Your cleansing and forgiveness
and we trust You to return to father us
when our hearts have fully returned to You
May Psalm 51 become our creed
of Justice
and our daily "bread"
