LIVING WATERS ~ FROM WHERE
DO THEY FLOW?

The vision I see compels me to laugh with delight!
Jesus stands before me holding out a box
He smiles whimsically and says,
"GO AHEAD - OPEN IT!"
I look for the opening and slowly pull the flap down
Much to my surprise~~
The entire box explodes open
and an ocean of continuously flowing water
pours out unto me
Jesus laughs as the water splashes my face
I watch in amazement!
I ask, "It's not going to stop is it?"
He laughs again
A Joyous, Head tilted back, rapturous laugh!

"IT'S MY LIVING WATERS!
IT WILL ALWAYS FLOW AS A GIFT FROM ME TO YOU
LET IT FLOW OVER AND SPLASH ABOUT YOU
ENJOY MY ABUNDANCE!!!"

From where do the Living Waters flow?
It flows from the depths
of GOD'S abundant, measureless, unlimited
Provision of Love for us!
Will we thirst again after partaking?
YES
Only because we become too busy to come into
HIS PRESENCE
and drink often enough and long enough
The Water is always flowing
always beckoning us to
COME - SPLASH - PLAY - ENJOY - SOAK - FLOAT
and YES, even
CATCH THE WAVE!

Let Your Living Waters flow, GOD!
Remind me to stand right in the middle
of the strongest current!
Don't let me remain on the fringes
testing Your Goodness!
Let me jump in with FULL ABANDON
That's how You came into this world!
Beckon me to COME into Your World the same way!
Let me DRINK of the Living Water
without catching my breath!
Let me SOAK until I'm unable to walk steadily!
You're always here ~ the Water is always flowing!
SPLASH me throughout my busy day to remind me to
DRINK ~ to SOAK ~ to be Refreshed in Your
PRESENCE!
The world subtly calls us away from Your Fountain
and we don't even realize the dryness of our souls
and the thirst of our hearts!
Give us an unquenchable desire for Your
PRESENCE!
Let Your Living Waters overflow from us
to all who surround us
and create a thirst that will invite them to find
Your Fountain of Living Waters!
You're FUN, GOD!!!
You're not the stuffy, frozen-faced GOD I imagined!
You're a Child at play
A Father in Love with His kids
A continuous flow
of new, exciting, invigorating Life to us!
